• Online Quoting
  Provides quotes over the internet and ability to electronically submit contracts to Cypress. With QIV, agents and brokers can calculate and print finance contracts online from their web-browser without software installations. QIV provides a total web-based solution for on-line quoting and finance contract preparation.

• Payments Online
  Your insured's have the ability to make a payment on-line and money is posted the same day. These payment services provide professional on-screen confirmations before submitting payment, an instant email confirmation with a transaction number and specifics are transmitted then imported into our loan management software.
• E-alert
  The E-ALERT is an additional reminder sent out via email to prevent account cancellations. This feature will notify both you and your client of the pending cancellation three days before the account is due to cancel. E-ALERT will include a direct link to our on-line payment screen and instructions on how to make a payment on-line or over the telephone.
• Fee Programs
  Cypress can customize a fee program that works for your agency.
• Cancellation Prevention
  Time is money and we recognize that many insureds pay after the cancellation has been processed. We can fax or e-mail you the cancellation prevention report showing your accounts due to cancel.
• ACH Funding
  With the disbursement of loans through the automated clearing house money is sent directly to the payee bank account. This eliminates paper check disbursement and decreases the time usually required for the issuance and mailing of checks.
• Pay By Telephone or Fax
  Payments may be made over the telephone by calling 800-506-0602 or sent via facsimile to 949-487-0640. When Pay by Phone or Pay by Fax is used we produce an electronic check that will electronically deduct payments directly from a checking or savings account. The payer's bank routing and account numbers are required when making the payment by phone or fax.
• Automatic Payments
  The automatic payment option will help to avoid late fees and allows your payment to automatically be deducted directly from your personal checking or savings account on the payment due date. To sign up for the Automatic Payment Option, you must complete a Direct Debit Authorization Form.
